Christmas!!!

Mimi came to visit us on Christmas Day! She stayed with us for the rest of the week. We love having her here :o) We had Christmas breakfast at our house this year! We had both sides of the family here (I think that makes 10 people :o)

The kids we're a lot of fun this year. All Ainsley wanted to do was open more presents, and Alise was a wild woman climbing on everything. It was fun!

Christmas Dresses!

Todd's grandparents sent the girls matching Christmas dresses this year, so here's a few pictures of them in their new dresses :o)

More Dance!

I must say that community ed. dance was sooo much better than going to the dance studio. Ainsley loved her class! She actually got to be a 3 yr old, and her teacher was awesome. Here's a few pictures of her last day. As you can see, it was all I could do to keep Alise from joining her sister :o)

Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving at Todd's parents house this year. Todd's aunt Karen and uncle Mark came up this year to join us. It's always nice to see them! We have so much to be thankful for!

Happy Birthday Alise!

We can't believe that our baby is one (well, almost)!!!

As you can see, Alise enjoyed her birthday cake! She was a little hesitant at first, but it really didn't take her long before she dove right in :o)

Halloween!

As you can see, Ainsley was tinkerbell and Alise was a caterpillar!

Ainsley had a lot of fun dressing up this year! She's been talking about her costume for a very long time. Alise did a great job wearing her costume... she didn't make a fuss at all :o)

Pumpkin Patch!

We went to the pumpkin patch today! There's a family farm, close to our house, that has both animals and a pumpkin patch.

Ainsley had so much fun! She did a great job pulling the wagon of pumpkins around. Alise really had no idea what was going on...poor kid!

Fall is here!

Here are a few pictures that Ainsley and I took yesterday.....fall is definitely here! It's so pretty. I just keep having to tell myself to enjoy it and not to think about the bitter cold months ahead!

What a girly girl I have! She always has her "baby" and a purse with her. That she doesn't get from me. But...she is very much a perfectionist...that I'm afraid she does get from me!

Alise!

Alise is a very busy girl! She most definitely takes after her dad :o) Here's a few pictures of our life with Alise!

As you can see Alise keeps us on our toes, but she also brings a lot of joy to our house!

It's really hard to believe that she'll be 1 year old in just over a month! Where does the time go???

Dancing Queen

This year we started Ainsley is dance class. She absolutely loved it, but unfortunately the class was cancelled since there wasn't enough dancers signed up for the class. She did get to go for a month! We did sign her up for a "Tiny Tot" dance class through community ed. It starts in November.

Todd's Boat!

Todd has been busily working on designing a hydroplane! He literally started it from scratch. It's amazing the things that he knows how to do. As of now, he's just about ready to paint the boat, so soon he'll be able to launch it! It does work....I have witnessed it :o)

Ainsley's 3rd birthday!

We ventured out and had Ainsley's 3rd birthday party at McDonald's this year! She had a great time! Her FF (BFF) Kaisha was there along with her "boyfriend" Wesley and a few other friends. It's hard to believe that she's 3!





A few months ago, Ainsley and I made a birthday card to submitt to the TV channel Sprout. They choose a few birthday cards for each day to show on TV. Ainsley's wasn't one that was picked, but her name did appear on the "Sunny Side-Up Show" that day!

We also had Ainsley a cake, at home, on her actual birthday (10/10). We took her out to dinner, and when we asked her where she wanted to go she said to "chinese food." Translation: she wanted to go to the chinese buffet where she could eat jello and cottage cheese. Kids!
